When using our services you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, Which may be updated on a regular basis. 1b. We reserve the rights to withdraw or amend the Services without any notice. Meaning that we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any point. Occasionally we may stop access to some parts/ all of the website, which would stop you accessing certain areas.

Rest assured we will not share any information regarding our visitors/ customers using our website to any other third parties. Other than when appropriate to do so such as; couriers who will be delivering your items to you, security checks and customer research, unless you give us permission to pass any information to other companies.

2.b. When you make a purchase or sign up to our website, we may occasionally update you on any new products, via email. You will however have the option to unsubscribe from communication emails if you choose to do so.

5. Terms of Sale
5a. When placing an order you are agreeing to purchase a product from Zars Boutique. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order.
5b. We aim to deliver your product/products within 3-5 working days, however this may vary and is not guaranteed. Due to circumstances out of our hands.
5c. We only deliver items to the United kingdom.
5d. When placing your order, you are agreeing that you are legally capable of signing into a contract. Orders will not be sent unless payment is made in Full.
5e. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or change, you will need to wait until your order is in your hands. Please do not expect an order to be shipped until you have received confirmation of your order.
6 PRICING & VAT
6a. VAT is inclusive to your final pricing of your purchase. Delivery costs will be charged extra to the total cost, you will then receive a final price.
7 PAYMENT & DELIVERY
7a. Your order will not be dispatched until a pre-authorisation check on your payment card is completed.
7b. Please ensure that all delivery information is correct, you will not be able to amend details once your order has been placed & dispatched.
7c. We make a very good effort to make sure your order is dispatched in time and arrives at your address within 3-5 working days.
8. DISCOUNT CODES, COMPETITIONS & OFFERS
8a. Occasionally we may offer discount codes, free delivery and other promotions. To use the promotions, you will be provided with a discount code, please enter this at the cart before placing your order.
8b. You will only be able to use one discount code at a time. Even if we have more than one discount code advertised, please only use one to assure it will be accepted.
9. Complaints
9a. If you wish to make a complaint about any of your orders/ our products please use the ‘contact us’ form on our website, we will aim to respond to you within 5 working days.
9b. We always try our very best to deal with your complaint the best we can, as soon as we can do so.
10. Returning Unwanted Items
10a. If you wish to return any of your items/ orders we allow up to 14 days after purchase is received.
10b. Once we have checked the items, we will refund you if we see it is right to do so.
10c. Unfortunately if any of the items are found to have been used we will not accept your return meaning no payment will be transferred.
10d. We do not cover costs of return delivery charges.
