Returns Policy /refund process for clothing returns

Returns

RETURNING  YOUR UNWANTED ITEMS

We will accept returns of any of your unwanted items providing these are returned within 14 days and show no signs of wear or soiling / damage cause by the customer . Please make sure any tags are still in tact and also original packaging . You will need to arrange your own delivery and pay costs of the return and also email us at zarsboutiques@outlook.com to speed up your refund process .Include your order details with your return so we can process this as quickly as possible . We aim to process all refunds within 5 days of receiving them back and checking the items . We will keep you up to date at all steps of your refund . Should you not receive this within 10 days then please contact us again. Should you try to return your unwanted items after the 14 days from receiving them and we receive no contact from you then we will have to refuse this . Refunds of the items returned will be refunded not including any delivery charges made by us . Please use a tracking service with your return as we can not be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit .

XMAS PERIOD

Unwanted xmas gifts

For any purchases  of gifts for xmas  made with us from the 29th November to 22nd December we will be extending the clothing returns  refund process period to  8th January. The same steps and requirements as above .

Faulty Items

If you should find yourself receiving a faulty item from us then first of all our sincere apologies . In this case you need to email us and send pics of proof . Any items must be unwashed and unworn for us to start a refund process.  Our clothing returns process as above will stand but we will require you to send us proof of your delivery returns cost ( please use a tracked 2nd class service as this is all we will refund) in order for us to process this once we have confirmed that your order meets requirements for a full refund . We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect foul play or tampering of the item to cause the fault
